This programmes for students who wishto become management professionals in domestic and multinational organisations.

With a distinctive focus on “innovationand entrepreneurship management” and “international corporate investmentmanagement”, the Business Administration major is committed to cultivatingbusiness  professionals with solid management knowledge, cross-culturalcommunication skills and data analysis skills, with international vision andentrepreneurial spirit, familiar with international investment philosophy andhaving a strong sense of social responsibility.

The main courses are: Production andOperations Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, QualityManagement, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Multinational CorporationManagement, Intercultural Communication and E-commerce Management.

From 2014, every year, the School ofBusiness has selected freshmen with good English skills and a strong intentionof studying aboard to form the International Innovation Class of BusinessAdministration. Students from this class join 3+2, 2+2 and 3+1 programmes withour strategic partner Universities such as the Arizona State University, theUniversity of California Riverside in the US, and Grenoble Graduate School ofBusiness in France and the University of Queensland in Australia. To preparestudents for their future study in our partner universities, we redesigned ourcurriculum to be compatible with our international partners’ course structureand with strong emphasis on cross-culture communication and internationalvision.

 

Marketing

This Programme is for those who wish tobecome marketing professionals. With a mission of cultivating marketing talentsthrough advanced marketing theory and international vision, this Programmeoffers a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of knowledge including sales,promotion, business ethics, marketing research methodology and cross-culturalcommunication.

Studentsare also expected to master good English skills and Internet applicationskills.  The main courses are: Principles of Marketing, Principles of Management,Economics, International Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research,Marketing Planning, Retailing, Advertising, and Service Marketing.

 

Human Resources Management

This Programme isfor students who wish to work in the field of human resource management withina variety of industries and enterprises. With the mission of cultivating HRtalents with advanced human resources management concepts, practical skills andinternational vision, this program offers a comprehensive introduction to allaspects including, HR theories and practices, psychology, economics, sociology,ethics and other disciplines. Students are also expected to master good Englishskills and communication skills.

The main coursesare: Job Analysis and Organisational Design, Recruitment and Appraisal,Performance Management, Compensation Management, Employee Relationships,Employee Training and Development, Organisational Behaviour, and HumanResources in Transnational Corporations.

 

Logistics Management

This Programme aims to cultivatehigh-quality, inter-disciplinary talents that have a great sense of socialresponsibility and creativity. Graduates should be able to apply advanceddomestic, foreign theories and technologies of logistics management intopractical situations. By getting familiar with planning, coordination andcontrol of international purchasing and international logistics activities,graduates develop their abilities to plan, design and manage the enterprise andgovernment procurement within the supply chain. Graduates should also have anexcellent command of business English to meet the requirements of industria,commercial and logistics enterprises of domestic and foreign markets.

The main courses are: Production andOperation Management, Purchasing Management, Warehousing and InventoryManagement, Technology and Facility Logistics, Distribution Management,Logistics System Models and Simulation, and Logistics Strategy Management.
