YUAN Fang, Lecturer of the Department of Human Resource Managementof the School of Business, Yunshan Youth Scholar, obtained doctoral degree   inmanagement from Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai JiaotongUniversity and went to University of Southern California as Visiting  Scholar.Dr. YUAN won the National Scholarship 3 times (2010 as anundergraduate, 2012 as a master study and 2014 as doctor). Dr. YUAN’s researchorientations are Human Resource Management, Public Administration, DevelopmentEconomics and Agricultural Economics. Six of his papers have been          published on Management World, China Soft Science, Journal of Public Management andResources Science. Dr. YUAN is also the Anonymous Referee of Journal of  Public Management China Rural Survey and has participated in 4 projects supported byChinese Natural Science Foundation.
